Customer Service and Support

InterPetal operates a customer service support number, where if you prefer you can either order over the telephone or simply have your questions, queries and concerns answered by one of our friendly staff.

We work between 9 am and 5.30 pm, Monday through to Saturday. However at times we may be too busy to take your call so leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP!

Customer Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint about our service please contact our Customer Service Department who will set into action a fair, confidential and effective complaint procedure. If your query concerns damage or non delivery we will give the matter particular urgency and investigate the given circumstances fully.

Customer Guarantee

All of our freeze dried rose petals, heads and buds are guaranteed a shelf life of 6 months or so if cared for correctly.
